He turned to face the other male, giving his physique a quick once-over before his gaze settled on the other's face, searching for signs of antipathy. It seemed he could find none, because his next question was: "Well, what are your plans, now?"

The stranger looked healthy and strong. If he were the sticking around type, Grayday wouldn't mind having him. Especially since Heartha didn't contribute much to the pack, pregnant or otherwise; perhaps Howl would make up for some of her deadweight.
