The fact that he had any at all was a little surprising, considering who he'd been sticking it to back when she'd first met him. Apparently was just the kinda guy who could stick it anywhere. Her smile fell as Mona continued on to announce what she had learned about her father - that he was dead. Fin's ears slid back as melancholy grabbed at her heart. She supposed she might have guessed. He was how old when she had known him, and she was how old now? Ugh, best not think about the latter question. Still, it took her by surprise and saddened her. "I'm sorry to hear that he's gone... he was a good guy," she said with a frown, "It's a shame you never got to know him." She paused, considering the girl again before dropping suddenly to her haunches and taking a breath.

"What do you want to know?" she asked, "I can't say I'm the Lasher expert, but I did know him for some time."
