To Gannet's surprise, and great pleasure, another voice resounded nearby in answer. As his own notes faded alongside it, he attempted to track the sound to its source, coming eventually on a wolf he had only met in passing and never actually spoken to.

He approached benignly, but kept his posture low, knowing his place as omega might be important to some. He did not worry so much with Hydra or Dune; they knew him well enough to know he would never take liberties. But with all others he was the portrait of submission. He took the other male's scent experimentally, and waited to see if he would kick off the greetings.
