Double-Edged

The dark furred priestess was caught in the rain. While she didn't mind the droplets, the thunder worried her. She had not procured a den. She had no shelter and the flashes of light in the dark sky were threatening. Having motivation to get up and move, she scoured the land for any sign of a safe haven.

She found it in the form of one of her packmate's dens. The actual person was unknown to her, but she hoped that the wolf would be kind enough to share for the moment. The wolf was female, she could tell by the strong, musky scent that told male's that a female was in heat and fertile. The priestess wondered if there were any other mated pairs besides the alpha and her beta, or if the boys just went wild and restrained themselves at the smell of her.

Meldresi poked her head into the den, gazing at the wolf tucked in the back of the den. She breathed in the scent, noting the herbs in the den. It was hard to smell under her heat. "Hello....do you kind sharing a den with me?"
