Spotted Eagle Mountain just over the horizon

The one looked to the other, and immediately, he thought he had them figured out. At first, he thought the leading lady was looking to the other to see if she recognized him- but her expression was more or less blank, so he assumed then that he'd been incorrect in assuming that the first one he'd taken note of hadn't been Alya. Now, however, noting the confidence with which she approached- the other holding back slightly, he thought it was likely the other way around. This was surely the lady he'd met not so long ago, who had managed to curl his feelings around a deft, sharpened claw. 

...Or was it, though? Thinking back- she'd been difficult to read, and he'd felt as though she might turn and tear his throat out the whole time...So to approach him so calmly, could this truely be her? Or was she actually hanging back, watching her sister move forward, in an attempt to test him? Then again...It wouldn't be unlike her to try to lure him in yet again, by acting friendly and then turning to nip at him all of a sudden. There was really no way to tell which one was the lady he'd met before; they were absolutely identical, though they did carry slightly different scents in their pelts...But was that enough to give him a proper gauge on which one was Alya?

"A twin," He spoke, voice warm with amusement. "You've just doubled my pleasure, my beauty," He said, nodding his head politely to the sister who decided to hang back a bit- and it was then that he decided to make a definite decision. He had a 50/50 chance of getting it right, right? He moved forward, hoping to touch his nose affectionately to Hydra's cheek. "I'm glad to see you again." He said, tone quiet, but sincere.
