AW, but mainly for @Zachary
He continued his patrol of the forrest, already more than capable of noting over half of the stranger quirks of the Wood's secrets. His circuit hadn't dared stop until he deemed it worthwhile to part from the path to chase down a hare that was foolish enough to sprout from the cover it had away from his observant eyes. Immediately he was on the burst of movement with a gait that one could attribute his lean and athletic form to. Cry was an assassin; all he knew how to do properly was kill things.
Through a jangle of twists he ran this fattened hare down a path further down through the woods where he knew his observant partner in crime awaited. @Kai, forever vigilant and ready for teamwork was possibly on the rabbit as it passed her launchpoint where he knew she had hidden herself earlier.
His half-pants were rewarded as he caught a second to rest and resume his circuits while Kai more than likely got herself a well deserving meal. Passing by the fringes of the river parting the Two Isle hill, he scoured the surface for any fish who might have been unlucky enough to dwell on the surface for their own potential meals, but it seemed they were wiser than the hare. Returning back to his trek across the ends of Shadewood's border, he searched for more things to stir up and herd into Kai's waiting traps, ebony coat a silhouette against the growing level of dusk that grew on the cloudy sky.
