This was for business, not pleasure, and if she found it to be unpleasurable sufficing her duty to her pack by adding to their numbers, then her role as a member was worthless. Just as how she illustrated her own personality in this transaction, he knew this pack was too inappropriately passionate for him, and he wouldn't allow any lead on it. Knowing his own intent, he couldn't allow himself to mold to this pack's weakness, and prey on it successfully. He rationed that he would get too attached, as that was the makings of a tight family, but was it a family if this woman spoke of 'her' time, and not 'theirs'? It took time to make a pack great, and all of it didn't belong to one individual. Was his surmise wrong?
