Well, she got a word out of him, at least. Just one, and it wasn't altogether pleasant, but she wasn't being hollered at. She decided to dip her toe a little more in the water, perhaps submerging her paw completely. Maybe she'd even fall down into the pool in the process. But it was worth a try, right?
