Chasing the wind was something Lucas could relate to a little. In his bones were Reek's genes and DeMonte genes from generations of DeMontes who had changed their name to Redleaf years ago. Both of these sets of genes were rife with wanderlust, and it was apparent in Lucas as well, who yearned to wander where his heart desired.
