The silver lady released a breath she hadn't realized she had been holding once the ebony wolf made her choice. Finley turned her gaze at the mountain at their backs, her eyes full of wonder. "What do you think is over there?" she asked, turning back to her companion. Somehow she had gotten sucked into the conversation as though Kaihra had started telling a grand story of adventure and peril. Finley was an imaginative girl, and also one who was very unaware of their own actions.
