life was more stressful now than ever before. not even the distraction of errands could bring him solace. the future wasn’t bright and so it weighed him down. he couldn’t stop thinking about minori and deku. how would this strain in their relationship (or whatever it was) affect their son? minori let him near now, but would that always be the case? what if he was eventually forbidden to see his son? he couldn’t bare the thought.

that afternoon he decided to head towards the den. if he could not forget his problems through work then he’d fine comfort in spending time with little deku. he heard the laughter before he got there and so, thinking it was his child, had followed the noise.
