It does, he said, grateful once again he'd finally pulled his shit together and done right by her.  It might have taken a while, and maybe it hadn't been how she deserved, but they were officially paired up once more.  This was how it should have been the first time, and he was determined to play it right this time around.  Even if life was doomed to get a little.... hectic... a few days from now.
