Weejay hadn't been told yet she was nearing the age where she left child behind and became an adult.. day by day she was nearing her first birthday - she couldn't believe someday she'd be in the adult ranks alongside her dad. She hadn't caught the exasperation placed in Wraen's voice, for she was too busy inwardly rejoicing over adult-soon.
AND CHAPERONE?! Weejay's eyes lit up with excitement and she pounced in place with a little rear. "CAN YOU?!" She didn't want to disobey daddy, but if Wraen was coming he couldn't say no!! Right? If plants changed based on region, she had to explore - already Weejay was planning her next outing, with Wraen involved. "What's an ocean?"
