Skoll's goal wasn't to intimidate, if it was he'd have come in with no words, sending a growl to the wind. The dark man wasn't one to intimidate right out of the gates, but his strong and silent gaze often made it seem like it was a fact. The woman in front of him wasn't impressive in the slightest, but he needed to know about the pack members, didn't he? 

She was being playful, and asking about if he was there during the meeting. He might have been, he might not have. It was for him to know and her to find out. Maybe him being on the tactical side of the pack was for the better- watching others to see their weakness before reporting back so the other wolves could exploit it. What a spy he was. Even though he was only watching their own pack, now. 

Names names names. All anyone ever wanted to know. Skoll wondered if he should have replied with he didn't have one.
