Spica had been chasing bugs with @Syrma in the pond they used to play at when they were really little. Aw man, leave it to mom to ruin the fun, she moped when Speedy's call came, and she nudged Symra's shoulder in a silent gesture of c'mon even though she knew she didn't really have to to get her sister to join her. Spica took off in the direction of her mother's call then, making it into a race between her and Syrma.

The pair arrived pretty much at the same moment, though they would probably have a discussion later about who was actually first. Spica sat down in front of her mother and brother, panting and her front paws and snout still a little muddy from playing in the pond just moments before.
