The time had come. It had taken the sterling woman a lot longer than she had originally expected to explore all of the Kintla Flatlands, but she was proud to say she had done it. There was not a speck of dirt to be seen from the Plateau that Finley had not sniffed at, and that meant only one thing to the feisty little mockingbird--It was time to climb a mountain.

Fin had spent the entire morning traveling along the base of the mountain, searching for the perfect starting point. In the end, she chose the very place she had picked out from the first moment they had discussed the adventure in the first place. She sat there, chuckling gently. Excitement ran like a lightning bolt along her spine, sending happy little tinglies all along her nerves. She was positively thrilled for what was about to happen, even though her most bestest friend in the whole world was probably completely unsuspecting at that very moment!

With nothing left to do but get to it, Fin tossed her head back and let out a long musical note, calling for Kaihra to come and join her. As previously stated, and as cannot be restated enough, it was time to climb a mountain.
