For too long, the herbalist had been healing and resting, supported by her loved ones. Now that she was back on her feet, an itch prickled her skin to be moving and doing something useful. Not to mention, they had two pregnant she-wolves in their ranks and more children on the way. They would need all the game they could catch. 

It was an opportune moment to begin teaching the older pups as well, whom were of an age to begin learning the art of tracking and hunting. The day dawned bright and clear, despite the chill in the air -- too beautiful a day to be dozing in her bedfurs.

Lótë roused those at her own hearth who might wish to accompany the mother dove on a hunting excursion. With those willing in tow, she stopped by the hearth of sunman's first wife, calling out softly to see if any of her family here wished to join in.
