Here - several months later - she still was not elaborate with words herself, but she understood almost everything. Had her older sister been here now, Kau may have even sparked up a conversation with her.

Samani on the other hand followed the path of the village wolves. Not particularly exciting, but then Kausiut had never expected much from her prettier sister. She was everything that Kau was not, adhering to normalcy included.
