Swiftcurrent Creek memories

Star was jolted from her thoughts by a voice. She turned. The lady was familiar, Star had definitely seen her at a meeting or two. "I'm surprised you know my name, but I've heard yours too, but I didn't know it belonged to you. Nice to meet you." She said. No, she was more than surprised. It made her feel important, that someone knew her name without having to ask her. It filled Star with pride. "So, Falwasi, how long have you been part of the Creek?" Star asked, willing to try and start the conversation.
