It was with a little more willingness that she untucked her muzzle from the tangle of her limbs and tail and looked up at her friend, her gaze softening even as she did so.

The thought sent another stab of guilt through her chest and she shifted uncomfortably under the weight of the knife. Shaking it off, she glanced back at Elwood and gave him a little growl, "Back that ass up, Twig, so I can come out." As she spoke, she shifted her paws underneath her and began to crawl, intent on fully exiting once she had the space.
