It was nice to hunt with someone as organized and driven as she was; she was able to lay out a plan and visualize their tactics, making sure that they would have the highest probability of success.

Since they already knew its location, it would theoretically be easy to return once they had filled in some of the other holes.

Once he had Somnia's approval, he began to move through the snow, his muzzle inches from the ground as he searched for the warren's other exits. He found one quickly, after only a few steps, and pushed a mixture of snow and dirt into it with his paws. He patted it, making sure that the cover was firm, then moved on to find the next one.
