Silver Creek Pencils and Pens

She glanced down a small sheepish smile covering her face as heat warmed on her cheeks at the sound of Heston's tease before she glanced up again to hear what else he had to say.  As he began to speak about how others had spoken French back where he was from, yet he had just never taken the time to learn it her ears perked up and she gave a surprised nod as he asked if she was from the North which of course she was.  

She found herself quickly cast into thoughts after this, there had been a few other packs that she had come across back in Yukon and she found herself wondering if Heston's had been one of them.  That had been a long time ago though so it was very unlikely that she would actually remember even if they actually did cross paths.

He wanted her to speak French for him.  Her thoughts were dashed at the sound of his voice and Spring found herself wondering what she would say, what she could say because there were so many things that she could tell him through the language.  So perhaps she supposed, Heston would have something in mind that he wanted her to say so with that in mind she began to speak.  "Both of my parents spoke it, yes, my whole family too actually," she told him with a small shrug, "and in answer to me speaking French for you, what would you like me to say."
