Ezekiel had been feeling much better lately, Steady's death was hardly on his mind anymore. He only thought about his best friend when he saw the stars, and even then he only thought of his good memories with the male. He still missed him, but having mended his relationship with Valette he was feeling better. Today he'd gone inland, for the first time in a while he'd actually decided to try and meet some of the newer pack mates. Up until today he knew Krypton, Valette, and those two pups he'd met that time. Everyone else was barely even an acquaintance.

He caught onto the scent of a male that he knew to be this pack's delta. He seemed a quiet guy, which Ezekiel liked. He had never liked big noisy wolves, they were too much trouble. The stoic preferred the quiet, collected ones. He soon found the other male, digging a hole in the ground with two rabbits near him. Ezekiel moved out of the way of the dirt path, then barked to get the other's attention.
