Q-Tip had been frozen in fear and anticipation until Ravioli came around with her sating presence. He caught her gaze and made a slight "I dunno" expression, then turned back to the male in front of him.
Hello, he said, hesitation and apprehension both very present in his tone. He wanted to see what would happen next — if things went sour, he needed to have a plan in mind to make sure he and Ravioli could high-tail it without too much trouble.
