the creature stayed dormant throughout the day and the evening awakened her from her slumber, as it always did. the two made a great duo. the shadows bought her comfort and confidence, so she perfered to travel at night
the night’s journey bought her up to a lake. the sight of water sparked up a thirst in her and she couldn’t resist the urge to draw closer. yew proceeded with caution, just in case danger was lurking near. her eyes scanned the surroundings and locked onto a dark figure. a grin crossed over her features and she slithered towards the stranger until she was a few feet away. “hello.”
