Though her belly hungers, her mind cannot seem to fixate on anything but the growing vexation at the knowledge she would go another year without children. She knew it was through no fault but her own; she harbored no interest in the males currently residing in Drageda, and lacked the drive nor the patience to seek out a suitably strong individual out in the wilds, nor risk being claimed by one who wasn't worthy. Trigeda, similarly, was beyond the scope of reason though it would have been her preference, certainly, to continue the bloodlines of ages past.

The pale woman slowed, then stopped, and sucked in a shuddering breath through parted lips while a disquiet grimace pulled at her inky lips. Her cycle would pass soon enough, and this entire muddled mess of emotions along with it. Tirgatao had hoped that she might draw some semblance of calm from her present solitude, but if it was one thing the Shouna had learned in the year since arriving in Drageda was that someone always needed something. Be it company, information, or simply advice.

Tirgatao's ear twitched and swiveled around to lock in on Rose at the sound of her approaching footsteps. That previous flicker of agitation blazed hot and, were she not already familiar with the effects of her hormones, she might have bared teeth at the young female. But she harbored more respect for, not only herself, but Dragedakru. She closed her eyes, released the breath suspended in her lungs in the form of a quiet sigh and managed a faintly guileless smile as she turned to greet the younger wolf. The brazen way the question was lofted to her did not go unnoticed, and both ears swung forward now."Hei Rose." she said warmly while her eyes narrowed in an indistinct glimpse of some passing thought. "Certainly nothing unusual..." Tirgatao blinked. "Do you mean my scent?"
"There are no guarantees in the future. That's why today, the time we have now, is important."
