Duskfire Glacier stir fry

Currituck does not know where she is going, just that she is. A smile is plastered on her features, stretched by the egg she so gently carries in her mouth. Mirabelle follows after and her tail lashed back and forth, as if on cue with the change of direction. She has barely had the time to stretch her legs, always limited to the little group, but she’d traveled away from them and they hadn’t come after her (it is no different than with the dark wolf she found). The woman’s voice draws her attention but she does not understand the words, turning her head back to peer at the one pursuing her.
 
For a while she runs, never too far ahead of her companion but she enjoys the chase nonetheless. Zigzagging her way through every obstacle and she’s likely turned herself around more than once, simply exhausting the energy pent up for weeks!
 
As if on cue from karma, the leggy puppy stumbles over something and hits the ground, her teeth clanking together despite the egg between them.
