Tarantula watched with a curious tilt of his head as the pale creature made a hesitant path for him. His dark tail lifted and waved, beckoning her closer and closer still until he could smell her scent and feel the warmth of her hotblooded skin radiating out towards him. She smelled of his mistress, but he was more interested in who she was in that moment.

In the light of day, even on an overcast one such as this, she was all brightness and sharp angles. A wolf made for hunting in the snow. He extended his long muzzle to graze upon the fur of her nape, testing the waters with what she would allow.
