The boy had scouted the place after he and the others gave Ragnar a proper farewell, yet there were no other signs of the savage, and his scent was quickly fading. However, he was not racked with grief as the now lone Alpha of the Bay was. He didn't want to grieve — not yet. Not until justice was served.
