Perhaps @Meerkat since they haven't met yet? Still, AW!
B o r e d.
Luna was pretty damn bored. And at the moment, there was no one around right now that she could pester about any of the random shit which popped up in her head every five minutes. I mean, who else was the raven gonna talk about her conspiracy theory on why humans cover themselves in cloths with? Tai wasn't here for that, of course, and she didn't see Charles, Bronco, or Toad while passing by this morning.
The huntress lied on her back while rolling in the grass -- with the intent of masking her scent when she went hunting later. She didn't know what she was gonna hunt this afternoon, but maybe she can brush up on her stamina by running down a hare....

Norah knew that children of the reigning pair at Moonspear had branched off to start a pack, choosing the territory strategically close to their parents' claim. Whether it was the only practical aspect, or the place had happened to be just as good as any to start a pack, was for the lady in grey to find out. She had passed the territory's borders on more than one occasion, when she herself had headed out in the wilds to have a bit of entertainment, but up until now had not had any real desire to stop by and actually visit. She had wanted to wait long enough to find out, whether the Ostrega children had what it took to not only band wolves together, but keep them as such too.
By now they had passed the test, and she was here today, walking carefully the demarcation line, picking up the myriad of scents there, storing each one of them in carefully labelled vials and putting them in the cupboard called "Memory of scents". She counted roughly 10 - give or take some - individuals. Some had left the casual marks, others - tracks came and went from the area. Hardly anyone older than two - you learn these things over time. And... here she stepped on a fallen twig, which snapped with an audible crack and scared a hare out of the bushes, where it had been hiding earlier. Norah suppressed the instinct to take after it, because, even if this pack was a friend of the Moonspear, it did not mean that they would take trespassing cordially. Perhaps, this hare would end on someone else's lunch-plate today.

She's on the borders.

Back facing the ground and audits pricking to a halt -- celestial teal orbs would become pinprick in focus as the sound of small pawsteps beating rapidly against the earth caught her attention. The smell that wafted in too -- there was a wolf nearby, she could tell, but the real star of the show was the small mammal who made the mistake of making noise in wake of it's consumer.
In other words; screw waiting for later. Its hunting time.
She was like a dog with eye trained on a tennis ball, and as soon as the hare passed her vision on the ground, she rolled and darted towards the lagamorph's direction with open jaws. Unfortunately for the huntress, her trajectory was off key and the only thing she ended up biting was the empty air as her target switched directions to run towards the borders. This did not deter Lunaria from continuing the chase, but at the sight of a figure which she was about to collide with, her paws skidded to a stop in front of them before the impact could happen.
The raven stood panting, a stunned look on her face while the hare took advantage of this distraction and skittered away. Ah right, she must've been the 'other scent at the borders' then....

Apparently luck was on the hare's side - right, when it seemed that the finicky goddess had turned away from her little subject, she quickly faced it again, scooped it in her hands and drove it to safety, out of reach of the two hunters, who nearly collided - one meandering around the borders, the other rushing towards her, missing her by an inch.
"There goes our lunch," Norah observed - in her share of avoiding the collision, she had missed her opportunity to snatch the animal to herself. Then she turned to face the black she-wolf in front of her. "Greetings, huntress," she dipped her muzzle politely. "Norah from Moonspear."

There was a moment where she simply stepped back and peered into the woman's eyes, and after a few (rather long) seconds passed, the moon nymph's face began to heat up and her mouth increasingly widened until the exaggerated words actually came out "Uuuuuuuuugh that was so humiliatiiiiiiiinng!" She exclaimed while using a forelimb to hide her flushed expression. Luna was a huntress -- so any failed hunt despite its insignificance was capable of affecting her pride. It was bad enough that this failure was witnessed by someone else too.
Her moonstone gaze eventually fell towards the dark dame again, in the midst of her formal bow towards her. "Sorry you had to see that, I was hoping I would look a lot cooler, hehe..." She explained softly with a sheepish grin -- and eventually replaced it with her more casual smile. Another moonspearian, huh? "Nice to meet you Norah. I am Lunaria from Firefly Glen..."

Norah was taken aback by the other's outburst at the failed hunt - she would not have thought it to be such a big deal. What was one runaway rabbit in the bigger scheme of things? She let that ponderings to rest, when it seemed that her visit was welcomed warmly. Maybe, if she impressed the other just enough, she would be offered to come in the lands and explore too. All in due time.
"My pleasure," she replied with a smile. "I've heard that you are a new pack here? Recently founded?"
