Away from the seaside cliffs of Dragoncrest, summer passed by. So did vibrant autumn and winter half. I spent the months in solitude, but it never felt that way. A bird's song, a drifting red leaf, a babbling creek to keep me company.
Through stumbled traveling, she found herself in the deeper end of the seaside forest. The crimson tree sap had frozen, and was payed little mind. The corvid's call hardly noticed. A conch shell caught, however, caught the drifter's interest. How did it end up here?for @Noxir!

What was the deal with kids these days?
Another skirted the forest, this time breaching the borders if the set of pawprints was anything to go by. The phantom paused briefly to investigate, nose twitching as the scent of the sea filed his nostrils. There was no sign of a parent or guardian, nor any companion for that matter, and so Noxir soon found himself trailing the child until her pale figure came into view.
"Ye lost, kid?" came his gruff greeting, unable to see what it was that piqued her interest from his angle behind. He should escort her out, but instead a different thought came to mind as his gaze traced the angles of her thin frame.
