All Welcome
She felt an urge to run. Run through the forest, where no one can stop her. Frost had to stretch her legs anyways. This was an opportunity to explore. She was overjoyed, joining Moonspear. The snowy girl wandered around the territory, through all the trees, the plants, the life around her. She began to run. The scene blurred around her. All the sights and sounds were simply beautiful. This was one of her favorite reasons why she enjoyed running so much. All you could see was a white patch, running through the trees. Frost stopped after awhile, panting. She was still inside the borders, thankfully. The girl wondered if there was any specific religion in Moospear. She would ask that later. Frost glanced around lookng for an near water source. She wound up finding a small creek. Frost dipped the tip of her muzzle in the water. She lapped the water, immediately feeling refreshed.

The running wolf had caught Floki's attention from a distance; he was busily marking the borders, ensuring that his scent was heavily mingled with Amekaze's and Charon's. After his encounter with Lazarus, he had doubled his efforts, refusing to allow uncertainty to settle into his mind. There had been a few weeks after Wildfire's departure in which he had kept to himself, but he now understood that such a lifestyle was no longer an option.

He saw the blur of white and, after kicking up dirt with his hind paws, loped after his racing packmate. She moved swiftly through the trees and he found he couldn't keep up with her. By the time he finally reached her, she was taking a break, drinking deeply from a stream. "You must be thirsty after all that running," Floki quipped as he paused nearby, tail elevated but swinging in a friendly manner. He didn't anticipate that she would react to his presence the way Lazarus had, but he was wary all the same.

The snowy she-wolf sensed someone approaching. The scent was still of Moonspear, she knew that of Amekaze's scent. Was it Amekaze? No. There were other scents that were more evident that it was another wolf. She assumed it was one of her packmates, because, it only mad logical sense to Frost. Her head lifted from the cooling waters of the stream as she heard a voice. There stood a gray wolf, various colors of gray lay on his pelt, and the color of sand tinged his legs. He seemed to be in a friendly manner, and he seemed to be around the same age as Frost. "Heh, I guess so," her voice had a hint of anxiousness. Had he seen her run? "I'm Frost." She smiled at wolf, her gaze genuine and friendly.

She introduced herself, though she seemed a little embarrassed that he had seen her running. His own paws were starting to itch, longing for the brief touch of the ground as he flew over them. He supposed he had been inspired by watching her.

"Nice to meet you, Frost. I'm Floki," he said with a bob of his head, then he turned and took an experimental step away from her. His tail gave an inviting twitch. "I kind of want to run, too -- would you mind running with me?" he proposed.

"Floki, that's a nice name." Frost meant it. If they were pack mates, they could be friends too. She was kinda shocked that he offered to run with her. He was inviting alright. "Sure!-if, you can catch up." A playful laugh escaped from her lips. Frost bounded away, delving into the trees.  Energy surged inside her. A feeling as if she could run forever, yet she knew it was impossible. Running at a moderate speed, she wondered if Floki was following her. She didn't really mind, she didn't know. Spirited away, the wind flowing through her pelt.

He grinned as she complimented his name, but he was more focused on the prospect of running. His tail tip gave a little twitch and as soon as she agreed, he swung his head to face forward and bounced into a trot. The trees began to blur in his peripheral vision, green blending with brown as he accelerated.

Soon enough, they were both flying through the forest, their paws barely skimming the ground. Floki's tongue lolled from the side of his mouth and he gave a joyful yelp, glancing over at Frost. He let her pull ahead and followed in her wake, deviating from the path only to veer around the opposite side of a trunk or leap over a fallen log.

Her vision was blurred as both of the wolves ran between the trees. Her tongue lolled out of her mouth. Frost enjoyed being part of this pack already. Part of a new family. At least she hoped. This was fun.
Floki seemed to be enjoying this also. Frost was impressed as he jumped over a fallen tree. She grinned at him, as if to say 'Nice!' Or something like that.
Blue, green, brown. Colors whizzed past Frost. The wind ruffling her fur, her tongue lolled out. This is what it always was like. Paws thudded the forest floor. Her paw steps were light, as if running on a fluffy cloud. Graceful as she ran. Floki was doing good too, his sandy tinged legs scouring the forest. Her tail wavered in the air, flowing like a flag.  The sky looked ever so vibrant, a brilliant shade of blue. It was partially hidden by the standing trees. Frost wove between them, agility in her favor.

They continued to run, and Floki's mind went delightfully blank. It was nice to have a few moments to not think of anything else -- he didn't have to worry about Wildfire or Lazarus or Tevinter. He felt peaceful, focusing on nothing but the steady inhale and exhale of the crisp mountain air and the movement of his muscles as they ran.

Suddenly, he threw his head back and howled, a joyous sound that ricocheted off the trees. It was short and brief, and he grinned as he looked ahead to Frost, hoping she would give a cheerful shout of her own.
