Hush's ears tilted towards his Heda's call: they were gone. Hush huffed: of course they were. Whatever led them to lead must have had something to do with the two (now three?) hostile packs to the north, based on what politics he knew. The mute came to his Heda, glancing at the wolves around him. Where they, too, disappointed as Heda was, or relieved as he was? No matter their reactions, Hush's strange, bastardized howl formed a deep, twinged contrabass to the victory calls of the others, his own satisfaction completed.

Note: Hush cannot form words. He can, however, chuff, snarl, bark, and make a yodel-like howl.
