He slinked through the trees, occasionally having to maneuver his way around a fallen, rotting trunk, much to his irritation. Bird feces littered the ground, but he had yet to see any actual birds. Eventually, he found his way to a stream and slumped into a sitting position to glare at the water flowing quickly in front of him.
