All Welcome
The huntress' way back to the glen proved to be a difficult task, seeing how easily distracted she was wandering around. She couldn't help it though -- Luna missed wayfaring like this with not a single objective other than to explore and breath in that fresh, pine air the wilderness soaked in. Being alone wasn't a forte of the dame, but freedom every once in a while was -- a raven needed to be uncaged whenever the time came.

Her time away wouldn't be completely useless, perhaps she'd do some hunting for her pack mates soon. She hadn't seen Toad, Bronco or Charles in a while -- would they be up to meet again and eat together? If possible, Luna could even retrieve some more moss or strange herbs for Holland.

For now though, the ebony woman's focus was on hydrating herself. She can figure out what to do afterwards....after attempting to break this ice, that is...

It was highly unlikely for the Acolyte to stray far from Tuktu but the Mackenzie had been hot on the trail tracking a herd of deer that migrated south from Broken Antler Fen to Lake Rodney. She started her route from Boartusk Heights then trailing down into Great Bear Wilderness to survey what was roaming in the valley. Now that Winter commenced, Zsuzsa’s prime directive was in constant hunt mode whether to feed herself, the Saints, or collaborate with lone wolves or other nearby packs elsewhere.

The deer herd was a male and three females. Realizing there was a darkly clad wolf tracking them at their hooves, they made swift way to Lake Rodney where the foliage cover was better. Two of the female deer dashed past a little too close to the female by the lakeside. Coming in tow was Zsuzsa, at a steady trot and nose low. The herd was yards ahead of her and when Zsuzsa noticed the other wolf at the lakeside, she came to a stop with a neutral stance.

Zsuzsa was familiar with Great Bear Wilderness during her time spent as a lone wolf but wasn’t too familiar with other packs besides Moonspear when she hunted with Bronco in the past. This female didn’t smell of Moonspear at all. ”Assuming they came this way?” Zsuzsa questioned, not sure if the other female caught sight of them rushing by.

Pawing at the ice for a while didn't do very much, but it did attract the attention of a tasty-looking quartet of burly deer running  a few feet away -- at least, thats what she thought was the cause at first. Instead, what came chasing after their docked tails was a woman from the shadows. She was similar in color to Lunaria, but much larger and with a sharp, bone-silver gaze that could peirce the heavens.

Her question had the huntress looking up in a bit of suprise, since she wasn't expecting the woman to turn her attention here. A few seconds of staring (and blinking) later and the moon nymph eventually answered. "They went that direction." She said whilst tipping her nose towards the scent trail.

A lightweight at best, the other female’s most striking feature was her turquoise eyes that were even more vibrant than the waters the Mackenzie experienced when she briefly visited the north coast. It seemed many wolves of these Wilds had unique variations to them whether by the hue of irises or pelts. Zsuzsa came from a region that reigned with predominantly black fur and the traditional eye colors (except for her, she was on the drab end of the genetic bargain with silver eyes) The encounters and experiences sought within these Wilds had been nothing short of interesting for the Acolyte so far.

With her steel gaze following the muzzle motion of the turquoise-eyed female in the direction the herd traveled, her gaze transfixed on the distance ahead and where it would lead. They looked like they headed in some of the light foliage for better cover. Zsuzsa turned her attention back to the female. ”Willing to assist for a quick bite?” Zsuzsa suggested casually. There was always a better advantage of getting more with a second set of teeth, even if they were mere strangers.
