Mara has some light scars on her flank from a recent battle as well as a light limp on her right forepaw.

This entry sucks, but oh well.

Mara walked slowly along the eastern border of her territory, her ears alert and her mouth slightly open to scent any intruders. She checked the borders often, just to make sure nothing unusual was happening.
