Overall, Keil doesn’t get along very well with others. He struggles with expressing his emotions, and so when he does they tend to come out rather extreme. Keil isn't mean per se, but he is certainly oblivious for the most part to others feelings or emotions. He can come off as distant or rude without even meaning to simply because he can be a bit clueless. He is wary of others intentions and is slow to extend friendship or other close-knit bonds. He tends to take everything personally, and is quick to feel threatened.
