Born with her sister from an illegal pairing between the beta male and the omega female of her last pack. The Alpha male was furious and her father challenged him for leadership. Her father was killed in the fight. The Alpha took pity on the pups, thanks to his compassionate mate, and let her and her sister be raised among his own brood that were a month older than them. Though the alphas brood was encouraged to bully and mistreat them and the alpha female, though kind, obviously favored her own blood. Skyshire and her sister were forced to keep to the shadows so as not to be picked on. As they started to come of age the Pups of the Alpha and the rest of the pack started to bully Skyshire and her sister even more violently. As the three sons of the Alpha turned a full year they pulled Skyshire's sister away and she was never seen from again. The rumor was that they had done terrible things to her and then killed her. And they implied that Skyshire was next. In the next six months Sky would deliberately hide as much as possible. Then suddenly the new Beta male challenged the Alpha and defeated him. He changed a lot of the rules and began a harsh regime, egging on the previous alpha's sons to punish and abuse the omega's. They came for Skyshire first, intent on her following in her sister's paws. Sky had practised though and knew her time had come to run away. They dragged her to their favorite hunting grounds and gave her a ten step head start to run. She had taken 30 before they realised how fast she was. It was an intense hunt that lasted for 3 days where she eluded them time and again. They caught her once by the hind leg and nearly had her but she managed to slip away. After the third day she finally found the borders of the territory and escaped for good.
