Born out of a brief lapse in judgement between Skull and a rogue female, the pair were stolen away as soon as Skull caught wind of the birth, and reared in the manner of Tartok. While his sister was resistant to the savage ways of their father's pack, Sitiyok thrived. He rose to every challenge, even as a child, and fought among the other children to establish his place in the hierarchy. He became resentful of his sister who seemed content to remain in her rank forever; he didn't understand, and no amount of arguing ever offered him a sound answer to her lack of ambition. A rift formed between them not long after their second birthday.

When his sister left, he took it upon himself to follow and make sure she would do well by Tartok, or die trying.
