Angeline grew up incredibly sheltered and was prevented from leaving with her brothers when they wanted to go out on their own. Her parents said it wasn't right for a girl to leave, only the boys. So, one day she escaped from her controlling parents. However, living such a sheltered life prevented her from realizing how difficult living on one's own is as a wolf, a pack animal. Upon entering the Teekon Wilds, she attempted to find a pack to live with to survive the coming winter.
