Growing up a runt wasn't easy on the arctic stretch, however it did make her wise in her young age. She saw how those who were different were treated by their family; those who they should be able to trust with their life. She challenged that mindset, and it was seen as a challenge to the hierarchy of her pack. This led to her being cast out into the arctic by herself, whether it was to survive or with the expectation of death she did not know. She had to move though, her pack's territory had been large' and so she travelled south to where the sun was brighter, and stayed longer. It was a tough journey, and she had survived of carcasses and meat from previous feasts of other animals, but it helped her survive her journey. She was smart to avoid predators and larger herbivores that were much to large for her to take on. For now she survived on her own as a lone wolf, and tried to avoid the scents of other wolf territories, despite how nice a pack might seem at the moment, her gut feeling was that she would have the same problems she did back then, and would be cast aside once more, or punished even worse.
