lines used are not my own, but are marked as free to use. design, however, is mine. **note that the above reference is block colored for clarity - in reality her markings are much more blended.**

Small in almost every way, Rahzie is closer to height and weight of a coyote than she is to a wolf. She is easily dwarfed by the average adult wolf, and easily overpowered, but what she lacks in strength she makes up for in speed, endurance, and agility. She is, in a word, wiry – her legs are strung with lean muscle meant for running and running far, and she has a very keen kinesthetic sense, able to move her body with a swift, unpredictable grace. One of her most distinguishing features are her over-large, triangular ears, stemming from her coyote heritage. She is beautiful in a wild, untamed way.

Her coat is made of shades of a dark, almost purplish grey-brown. Her defining markings are a light tan tick mark under each eye and rimming of her toes, and a dark, faded striping on the lower half of each leg. Her eyes are a dark brown, lightening to a blaze of orange-amber around her pupils.
Personality
Myers-Briggs Type ESFP – The Performer - Extoverted, Sensing, Feeling, Percieving

The most immediately obvious part of Rahzie’s personality is her extroversion. She is vivacious and lively, almost untamable in the amount of energy and spirit that her personality exudes. She is not shy in any way, and in fact, can be seen as harsh for her tendency to be brutally honest and not spare another’s feelings. She treads a fine line when it comes to authority, for she hates being seen as a disappointment, but she also dislikes being treated like a subordinate, regardless of if she is one or not. Her sense of humor is mostly based on sass and wordplay, and she is very casual in her speech and body language.

Rahzie is a self-sufficient woman who knows what she wants and will go after what she wants, whether that be a skill or a man. She is very comfortable and confident in her body, and it shows in how she carries herself. She will not deny herself simple pleasures of any kind, and is strong-willed in going after those pleasures. She is very observant and aware of herself, her surroundings, and others. She is spontaneous and tends to live in the moment rather than plan ahead, and sometimes this gets her into trouble.

Despite her independence and a common first impression of being harsh and untamable, Rahzie is extremely passionate and loyal to a cause that she believes in. She often takes on a protector role for those that she loves, especially those that she views as being “under her wing”, and is often characterized as a jerk with a heart of gold for the contrast between her harsh exterior and her warm, personable interior. She is very expressive and her passions are very evident to those around her.

Her outer personality is definitely real, rather than a façade to cover the damages done in her youth, but the damage is still there. Notably, she has a deep-set fear of not being good enough, and this manifests itself in several ways. She has an “if you’re not first, you’re last” mentality; if she isn’t the best at whatever particular task, especially one that she feels like she is good at, she can get extremely frustrated to the point of anger – and though it is usually aimed at herself, occasionally she may verbally lash out at others.
Biography
Rahzie’s mother, Sika, was a full-blooded coyote, and her father a lone wolf, Harrun, who charmed her into being his mate. She was born second in a litter of three, with an older brother and younger brother. It became clear early on that her father favored her older brother most, who was the biggest and strongest of the litter, and his favor lowered from there. Her father at first was emotionally abusive, targeting her youngest brother the most, who was smaller even than Rahzie herself. But her father did not spare her or her mother – only her older brother went unscathed by his words. More often than not, the abuse would not even happen when her older brother was around, so he was oblivious. Despite this, Sika chose to stay with Harrun, as the pups were still young when the abuse started and he, if nothing else, would protect them from physical harm.

Starting at about four months old, Rahzie, who loved her little brother more than anything, began to take on a protector role. She, to her mother’s horror, would shoot back at her father whenever he said a single hurtful word to her younger brother. When her father’s abuse would then turn on her, she turned the other cheek, absorbing it. Eventually, at seven months old, Rahzie stepped in between her father and her mother. Harrun, enraged, swiped at her, knocking her out. At that, Rahzie’s mother left, attempting to take her children with her in the night. Her older brother refused, and stayed with her father. Sika begged him, but it became clear that he was beginning to take after his father, and would not be told his father was dangerous. That was the last time Rahzie saw her older brother and father.

Now a single mother, Sika raised her two remaining children. Two months after leaving her father, the three found a band of other coyotes and coywolves, where they found relative safety. At this point in her life Rahzie was struggling a lot with the internal damage of her father’s abuse, but moreso was her younger brother, so she eventually buried the damage deep within herself for her brother and mother’s sake. Two months before she turned two years old, she decided to leave the band, having grown into a wild and independent young coywolf, and knowing that her mother and brother would be safe. She wandered west, where she came upon Teekon Wilds, and decided it was time for her to run with the big boys in a real wolf pack.
