Squeaks
Rooke is small, charcoal figure with obvious domestic parentage. With folded ears and a feathery tail, he stands out visually from his full-blooded peers. Gifted with round eyes the color of melted chocolate, he very much has a "puppydog" look. His has inky ticking across his back and a snowy underbelly. His nose and paw pads have a brown pigment as opposed to black.
Personality
Rooke is a well-intentioned but anxious young man. Rooke has been drilled into with the fact that he is weaker than full blooded wolves and therefore less important. He thoroughly believes this, despite being a skilled swimmer and fleet of foot.
Submissive to almost everyone he meets, he flusters easily and is quick to trust. His insecurities and trusting nature make him a bit gullible, as he readily defers to the judgement of those whom he views as "more important." Despite this, Rooke will go out of his way to please others and show kindness in small acts, even if it risks punishment. Even if it takes a bit to rally what little courage he has.
At heart, he cares about others just as much as he cares about what they think of him.

Biography
Rooke was born outside of the Teekon Wilds in the Rocky Mountains region. His natal pack lived far from most human settlements, except for a cattle ranch. There his mother became smitten with one of the rancher's dogs, and later conceived Rooke.
Rooke's grandparents warned often against straying close to the ranch and were furious with their daughter. Their vitriol towards her passing onto Rooke once he was born. Once they were sure he was fully grown, they forced him to disperse from their territory with little care or warning.
