Are miscarriages allowed within the female's 1 year breeding wait?

What if (for development purposes) I want my character to miscarry within said year, after she has already had one surviving litter? It doesn't specifically say, so i'm wondering whether it is against the rules or not?

Yes, a female could conceive and miscarry within the 1-year window. There are some caveats:

— There must be a cool-down period (3-4 months minimum since giving birth).
— The litter could not survive under any circumstances.
— You'll still need to obtain OOC permission from your PMs to conceive even if no pups will result from it.
