The time had come. Tzila had waited long enough. New life infected the Nightwalkers in the form of five healthy pups. Children of Vengeance, whom she was certain to carry on his name. Whether or not Nightwalkers was kept whole, was up to the rest of the pack. She had no ties to those children, nor to anyone else. Serem was the only one she was closest to and maybe even trusted. And that was stretching it. Hela she had no respect for, and anyone else she had little interest in engaging with. She had tasted life in this pack, got her thrill from it and then its appeal was lost. The chaos, the lack of order was too much for her.
Tzila had never been a social creature. She did not like playing by the rules in someone else's book. This had been for her own benefit and nothing more. She was a leech, a parasite taking all her host had to give, until they could give no more, drained to a husk. Snorting, she knew she'd find her own way. As she slipped past the borders, her fur caked in water and mud to rinse off any old scents (and to mask her own), there was no sound. No call bidding her former pack goodbye. No reflecting on past memories. She didn't look towards the misty woods at her back. The shadows was where she belonged...where she ruled. Tzila left, melting away as if she had never been.
