All Welcome
Found himself a pond, might try to make this a landmark? (1, 2, 3 & i tried to draw an idea). Lots of trees! A little marshy and very very very mossy; the entry-point has some birch trees which he sorta squeaks by (one of them is leaning weird after).

Although his main concern was the defense of the pack's limits (since old habits die hard), Tulimaq had not forgotten about his other important tasks. When he wasn't busy refreshing the borders or identifying pests (which he'd return to and deal with at another time), he was scouring the terrain for a source of fresh water that might hold fish. The river was a good place to start, of course. He'd find a few places along the bank to try his luck later; right now winter's hold was still too great. The quiet sections were frozen solid, and while the faster moving segments held promise he knew it was too dangerous to get near them.

He was patrolling along the eastern edge of the claim when he came upon a split in the river, or that's what he presumed it was — a pulse of rushing water that seemed more like a tiny creek or an overflow from the proper river. It tumbled over roots and through the moss, and he trailed after it. It had to go somewhere. The ground was a little bit more marshy than he liked and the moss was like a dense green carpet beneath his feet as he lurched along — but, eventually, his efforts paid off. The water collected along an exposed section of the woods where mossy stones erupted from the soil. They kept the trees from growing too close to the thin waterway. Tulimaq pushed through some clustered trees (ignoring the groan of the wood as his weight likely damaged them), and found himself in a small clearing.

The stones were more plentiful here, but just as green. Everything looked to be blanketed by moss, choked by it, and just up ahead — a pond with a tiny trickling feed of water. He found himself smiling without meaning to as he approached the water's edge, and dipped his head to have a taste - right as a fflllpp sounded in the deep center. He saw a flash of pink-and-silver and his smile grew even bigger. He'd found just what he'd been looking for.

Mind if I consider this present day?  I don't like makin new when there's lonelies <3

Ugh, why would her mom even want more kids anyway?  Kiwi was pretty over the whole sibling thing, and finding out that Wildfire was planning on having more with Eljay was... not great news.  First flaw: even more siblings who, like Bat and Tux and Silkie, would eventually just either bail or be useless.  Second flaw: Eljay?  He was nice enough, but he was no Nomi.  As mad as Kiwi was with Nomi for leaving her behind when she took her trip, she definitely didn't count these kids nearly as much because they would never know her.  They'd never know Drageda.  Wildfire likely saw this as a good thing, but her daughter had fairly complicated feelings about the whole thing.  Yeah, she didn't like that they'd tried to dictate her so much, but they'd made her who she was.

And the biggest problem - why wasn't Kiwi just enough for her mom?  She frowned as she tried to picture what younger siblings might look like, but in her mind, they just kinda looked and felt like Portia's kids.  The ones who weren't Sequoia of course.  Feeling the bitter taste of frustration, she glanced out and honed in on the first individual she saw.

What are you doing? she asked, a little abrasively.  She didn't want to think about Wildfire and Eljay making her a set of (what, replacement?) siblings so she instead was going to focus on learning whatever this dude was doing.
Kiwi will internalize lies and twist things to her benefit until this becomes her reality.  Her thoughts are not my own <3
