He returned her stare and the two of them scrutinized one another for a moment. Then the stranger turned and began to walk away without ever engaging her further. Wildfire was mildly surprised by this but, more than anything, she was intrigued. Her amber eyes followed him, then her feet did the same. She maintained a short distance as she tailed him, making no effort to do so discreetly. He would be aware of her presence and that was fine. It wasn't like she was hunting him... at least, not to eat.
