Greatwater Lake Hunting for something

The black wolf kept coming. Wildfire finished her drink and swiveled slightly to face her. Although their coats were quite contrasting, their builds were practically identical. They also shared an eye color: warm butterscotch. Between these things and the stranger's tentatively warm opening, Wildfire decided this was bound to be a friendly encounter.

"Is there such a thing?" she rejoined, lips and tail twitching amiably. "Been on the road a few days and I swear I can't get enough to drink. What brings you here?" she wondered, falling easily into conversational mode. She had been making a lot of small talk lately and was getting pretty good at it, she thought.
