The Dragon rumbled and roared all throughout the day, as it usually did, but today it was much fiercer. It didn't help that he was closer to the mouth than he usually was, but the coywolfdog stumbled every once and a while at the Dragon's guttural roars. By sundown, the mute walked towards the mouth, curious as to why it was more active than usual.
He was not alone. An unfamiliar woman, old and wizened, was making her way to the edge as well. Hush approached her, chuffing in greeting to the newcomer. She must be new; he hadn't seen her at the meeting.
