Golden Glade Home on the Remains

jeez, it seems everyone's got a thing right now. the vailë bristles slightly in response, more annoyed than defensive. "i'm just saying," he huffs a little, silver eyes flitting from the stranger's face to the carcass, "it's not like i'm stopping you from eating it or whatever." yeah, fine! delight's not even particularly superstitious, really, it was just an observation. 

the guy offers some to him and the androgyne squints, tilting his head slightly. "uh, no, i'm good. you look like you need it more." delight wouldn't call himself picky but he also wouldn't go around munching on weird ravens' wings. besides, he's sort of fascinated with the stranger's attitude (and also, offended, but mostly interested now).
